At Rocky Mountain Pathfinders, our mission is to foster opportunities for our clients by providing services in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. Our team is committed to fully drawing out the potential of the community we serve.
Our mission means that compassionate care is available whenever and wherever clients need it, by giving access to a full array of services across the continuum. We will continue to take advantage of new ideas that lead to ongoing quality and service improvement, with the goal of working toward the best client management we can provide within our disability service programs.

Program Director
Cheryl Juntunen established Rocky Mountain Pathfinders to provide compassionate care, fun and creative opportunities for connection, and supported employment to our clients in the disability community.


RJ Quirk, MGH
Program Manager
Pronouns: they/them/theirs
RJ is a community health specialist with nearly a decade of experience working with vulnerable groups in the US, Lesotho, Taiwan, and Malawi. They received a Master's degree in Global Health from National Taiwan University, where they became interested in holistic wellness approaches and arts-based therapies. They love working with the clients at Rocky Mountain Pathfinders and are so excited to manage day program and supported employment services.

Milo Husdon
Direct Care Provider

Milo is very excited to be joining the team. They have always been involved in the helping professions, from teaching, to cleaning, to caregiving, and they are looking forward to bringing these skills to RMP. Outside of work, their hobbies include playing board games, swing dancing, and traveling. They are originally from Ohio, but like many Ohioans, they've tried very hard to live anywhere but. After living on the road in a converted school bus for a while, they fell in love with Colorado and decided to put roots down here. As they enter the next chapter of their life in this beautiful state, they're glad that all the wonderful folks and Rocky Mountain Pathfinders are going to be a part of it.
Teague McDaniel, MA
Substitute Care Provider

Teague is a creative and caregiver based in Boulder, Colorado. Teague has been in direct care services and related fields since 2008. Their background includes teaching at the University level and project management for arts in society-based consulting where they partner with organizations to complete special projects. One highlight consulting project is their work with Wash Park Pediatric Dental where he completed experiential design centered around the goal of creating an accessible dental experience for children with autism and sensory processing disorders. They are so excited to join Rocky Mountain Pathfinders as a direct care provider.
